Amine Alami is the Founder and Managing Partner of ALMAR Capital, an independent investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory, capital raising, strategic advisory and restructuring.
With over fifteen years of experience in investment banking and financial advisory, he supports executives, family groups and institutional investors in structuring and conducting strategic transactions.
Before founding ALMAR Capital, he was Partner and Managing Director of the investment banking arm of Red Med Capital, where he contributed to the development of the advisory subsidiary for nearly ten years.
In this capacity, he led and executed numerous mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory transactions, as well as structuring projects, particularly in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
Over the course of his career, Amine Alami has advised on nearly MAD 10 billion in transactions. He has recognized expertise in renewable energy and infrastructure, covering project development, financing structuring, PPA contract negotiation, project finance and M&A transactions.
He began his career at Ernst & Young, in the Audit & Transaction Services teams, where he participated in financial audit and due diligence engagements for leading groups.
Amine Alami holds a degree from the Normal Cycle of the Institut Supérieur de Commerce et d'Administration des Entreprises (ISCAE), as well as the Accounting Expertise Cycle from the same institution.
